After customers have made payments to your dealership via Carpay you will not see the payments in your DMS immediately. When logged into Carpay in the Recent Payments tab you will see “Approved in DMS ✔️”.
If there is no, ✔️ you will need to download Carpay payments in your DMS.
How to Download Carpay Payments
- Select the Tools tab in your DeskManager software
- Select Download Payment
- Download Carpay payments will preview
