If a payment comes through one of your Carpay channels, and that payment doesn’t have any “irregularities”, the payment should automatically post to the customer’s account in your DMS, without needing your approval. The “irregularities” that stop autopost and require your review are:
- Side Note balances
- Late Fee balances
- Pickup Payment balances
- Partial payments
First, click on “Utilities” within Wayne Reaves.
Second, click on “Setup Company” and then “Car Company Setup.”
Finally, set your timezone:
