On your Carpay Dealer Dashboard, you’ll be able to take payments from your customers directly; over-the-phone and in-store. Payments taken here will show up right in your DMS.

Additionally, you’re interacting with the same Carpay account as your customers are, so if you save a payment method on file, your customer will also be able to login to Carpay and use that saved payment method.

Once you’re logged in, you can search for customers and view information:

• Last login date
• Payment methods on file
• Auto-pay settings
• Text reminder settings
• Next payment dates
• And more

Once you have selected the customer you wish to take actions for you can:

• Make one-time payments
• Set up autopay
• Enable text reminders
• Save payment methods on file
• Send registration codes
• Add or remove card names accepted by Carpay
• Block customer from making payments
