Why is My Carpay Account Not Showing?

There are two different ways to login to your Carpay account which apply to both the website and mobile app.

 


For First-Time Users


Make sure you have the first-time user tab selected.


 


Returning Customers


If you have already logged into your account, chances are you registered your account after making a payment and can log in with the email and password you created. However, if you didn’t register or cannot remember, you will need to log in as a First-Time User.

 


Troubleshooting


I do not have an SSN: If you do not have a social security number, please contact your dealer, and they will be able to provide you with a Registration Code you can use to login.

I am unable to login as a First-Time User: If you are unable to login as a First-Time User, here are some helpful tips:

  • If you have two last names, make sure you enter both.
  • Make sure you are entering the information of the loan holder.
  • If you are unsure if you have registered your account, you can reset your password by clicking “I forgot my password” and you will receive an email from Carpay.
